Our mission is to improve and simplify the rental process for both Landlords and renters, and capture the renter’s payment history such that it can become a validated “third party” credit item allowing the renter to build credit without taking on high interest rate commercial credit liabilities (such as credit cards, personal loans, or other revolving / installment debt).

We provide Landlords with a wealth of services to help them manage the process;

3. Online deposits from Renters direct to landlords bank account
4. Maintenance requests, notifications, and log
5. Automated reminders that rents are due (reminders to renter) prompting timely payment
6. Automated rental histories means no more paper verification of rental histories

Renter’s Credit clients are well informed and self motivated to create a positive rental experience. Our clients are desire to have their rental (payment) histories archived and reported in an effort to build credit without acquiring high interest rate debt.
