After many years of careful planning, Ron Verhoorn sought the experience and resources of the successful technology team of Ron de Frates and John Beneventi . This team has been responsible for the building and deployment of major technology solutions including RealEstateEspanol.com, the first bilingual real estate portal, and CounselorMax, the leading CMS in the housing counseling industry.

Beneventi and de Frates will use their expertise when developing the next generation Renter’s Credit technology, and will include Renter’s Credit as one of 5 vertical channels in the broader vision of their financial awareness portal.
