Our mission is to improve and simplify the rental process for both Landlords and renters, and capture the renter’s payment history such that it can become a validated “third party” credit item allowing the renter to build credit without taking on high interest rate commercial credit liabilities (such as credit cards, personal loans, or other revolving / installment debt).

We start by providing renters with a wealth of information and services making it easy to manage all aspects of the rental process. Some of the services include;

1. Find a property
2. Complete and submit an application
3. Manage your rental payments online (through renter’s credit secure system)
4. Submit and manage maintenance requests

During the term of the rental, the payment history will be collected and stored in our secure server. These payment histories are highly regarded as they are validated through the payment process, not by a written verification.
